Delivery Time:
Shopizo endeavors to have your purchase with you within 5-7 business days.
Please note that Friday and public holidays are not considered as business days.

Remote Areas:
There are some remote areas where we cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered within the specified timing – Please contact customer assistance if you are concerned that this may apply to you. You will be asked to provide a telephone number on the shipping page of checkout, which is important if the courier needs additional information to insure a successful delivery. You will also be asked to provide an email address, to which we will send confirmation that your order was placed.

Delivery Partner and Order Receiving Guideline:
We deliver using Leopards Courier. Leopards delivers your packages Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM and may require signature. Thus, we advise you to select a delivery address where you will be present at time of delivery.

Track your Orders:
Once your order is dispatched, you can get your tracking order from our customer support which can be checked by the link sent to you.

What do I do if my order is lost in the mail?
Each order will be sent with insured shipping & handling to prevent lost packages. If your order lost in transit, or returned to us for any reason, we have your back! The courier service is out of our control once your package leaves our warehouse. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with priority shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
